Absent from Showing Forms due
Any exhibitor who will not be able to show his or her project must turn in an Absent from Showing Form to the office by 5 p.m. The substitute showman is required to be from the exhibitor’s same school district, be a 4-H or FFA member, and meet the same eligibility requirements as the exhibitor.The form is available online at http://www.whartoncountyyouthfair.org/p/exhibitors
Wednesday, April 20
Livestock Meetings - Ammann Barn Mandatory meetings will be held for first-time exhibitors showing cattle or swine. The meetings will start at 5:30 (Commercial Heifers), 6:00 p.m. (Steers), 6:30 p.m. (Pen of Three) and 7 p.m. (Swine). These are informational meetings and all exhibitors are welcome to attend.

Absent from Sale Forms due
Any exhibitor who makes the Sale of Excellence with his or her project, but will not be able to attend the sale, must turn in an Absent from Sale Form to the office by 5 p.m. Download the form here.

Tickets available to purchase online now! There are a few $1500 sponsor tables still available for purchase. Tables include 10 tickets in the VIP section and complimentary beverages throughout the evening.

Sale of Excellence - Crescent Hall - Noon
PARENT WORK RULE Remember a parent or guardian of any student exhibiting a project at the WCYF (excluding Bucket Calf) is required to work a minimum of three (3) hours per exhibitor. If you have three exhibitors, you are required to work nine (9) hours. The SignUpGenius is online and more than 90% of the time slots have been filled. Click here to choose a time and area.
Parents/Guardians may choose to not work and pay the $100 fee/exhibitor.
